Howard-bound Trains Bypass Thorndale thru Jarvis
How does this affect my trip?
Howard-bound trains will not stop at Thorndale, Granville, Loyola, Morse, or Jarvis stations.
Shuttle bus: Shuttle buses will provide service toward Howard between Wilson and Howard, stopping along Broadway or Sheridan Road at the corner nearest the affected Red Line station. Transfer at Wilson from Howard-bound Red Line trains to the shuttle bus.
Train service:
For service to these stations, take a Howard-bound train to Howard and transfer to a 95th-bound train.
For service from these stations, take a 95th-bound train to Argyle and transfer to a Howard-bound train.
Allow extra travel time.
Why is service being changed?
We are performing construction for track and signal improvements as part of the Red and Purple Modernization (RPM) project.

Boarding Change, Delays Between Jackson and Racine
How does this affect my trip?
Board/exit all trains on the O’Hare-bound side of the platform at the LaSalle, Clinton, and UIC-Halsted stations.
Trains in both directions will operate on the same track between Jackson and Racine, resulting in minor delays.
Allow extra travel time.
Why is service being changed?
We are performing track maintenance to ensure that trains continue to operate safely along the Blue Line.

How does this affect my trip?
Northbound #2 Hyde Park Express (PM rush period trips only) buses will operate via 60th, Dorchester, and Midway Plaisance, then resume their normal route on Stony Island.
Northbound #6 Jackson Park Express buses will operate via Stony Island, Hayes Drive, Lake Shore Drive, 57th, and Hyde Park Blvd, then resume their normal route on Stony Island.
Northbound #15 Jeffery Local and #28 Stony Island buses will operate via Stony Island, Hayes Drive, Lake Shore Drive, and 57th. #15 and #28 (trips to 47th/Lake Park) buses resume their normal route on Stony Island. #28 (weekday rush period trips to Union Station) buses resume their normal route on Hyde Park Boulevard.

Southbound #52 Kedzie buses will operate via Kedzie, 63rd, California, Marquette, and Kedzie, ending their trips at the Kedzie/63rd Place bus terminal.
Southbound #52A South Kedzie buses will operate via Kedzie, 63rd, California, and Marquette, then resume their normal route on Kedzie.
Northbound #52 and #52A buses are not affected.
Allow extra travel time.
Why is service being changed?
Buses are rerouted due to utility maintenance on Kedzie at 63rd.
#71 71st/South Shore Temporary Reroute

How does this affect my trip?
Northbound #71 71st/South Shore buses will operate via 75th, and Yates to 73rd, then continue their normal route on Yates.
Southbound buses are not affected.

Buses are rerouted due to utility maintenance on Exchange at 74th.
#N77 Belmont (Owl) Temporary Reroute

Overnight buses that end their trips at the Belmont/Halsted bus terminal will operate eastbound via Belmont, Clark, Halsted, and Belmont to Clark, ending their trips at Belmont/Clark. Buses will not enter the bus terminal at Belmont/Halsted.
Westbound buses will begin their trips at Belmont/Clark, then resume their normal route on Belmont.
Allow extra travel time.

Southbound #151 and #156 buses will begin their trips at Halsted/Addison, operate via Halsted, then resume their normal route on Belmont.
