Customer satisfaction survey

The Regional Transportation Authority (RTA) in conjunction with CTA is conducting a Customer Satisfaction Survey to gather information about riders’ experience and satisfaction with CTA. Some riders will receive an email from [email protected] asking to fill out an online questionnaire. This survey is being conducted by Resource System Group, Inc. on behalf of RTA and CTA.

Please help CTA by providing your feedback! Your response will identify ways for CTA to improve our services for customers.
