CTA will operate extra buses on its #54B South Cicero route Saturday, June 12, for the Guinness Fleadh Irish music festival at Sportsman's Park, 3301 S. Laramie in Cicero.
Fully accessible #54B South Cicero buses regularly operate on Cicero between Cermak and the Ford City shopping center at 76th. For the concerts, which begin at noon, supervisors will direct extra buses to supplement regular service as needed from Cermak to 76th, with connections to the Orange Line at 59th.
Besides the Orange Line, connections can be made to #54B buses from fully accessible #21X Cermak Express buses that go west on Cermak from McCormick Place, #54 Cicero buses operating south on Cicero from Montrose, and #60 Blue Island/26th buses that travel west through the Loop on Adams.
