Log on to mycigna.com or the mycigna mobile app, create a log in or sign in.
Register and complete a Health Care Assessment by January 31, 2020
Participate to Continue the Waiver
Complete any one of the following by March 31, June 30 and all four by September 30.
- Get a physical
- Complete a biometric screening
- Participate in at least TWO additional Wellness event
To Self Report Activities
Follow the prompts below to self report your goal activities through either Online or Mobile app
Online
1.) Log in to mycigna.com
2.) Next click on Wellness
3.) Next click on Incentive Awards
4.) Click on Goals
5.) Scroll down to Report My Goals Activity
6.) Enter the Date
7.) Check Confirm, then Submit
Mobile
1.) Download mycigna app
2.) Log in to the app
3.) Scroll down and click Incentives
4.) Click on Goals
5.) Scroll down to Report My Activity
6.) Enter the Date
7.) Check Confirm, then Submit
*Physicals obtained between October thru December 2019 may qualify for the 2020 requirement. Biometric screenings can be done at one of the many onsite sessions to be held throughout the year or at your doctor’s office.
