We are committed to making employee wellness an integral part of CTA’s benefit offerings. Taking a proactive approach can help to ensure a long and healthy life. That is why we invite you to actively participate in CTA’s wellness program, LiveWellWorkWell, and sign up for MotivateMe®.
Join MotivateMe® and Save All Year
Log on to mycigna.com or the mycigna mobile app, create a log in or sign in.
Register and complete a Health Care Assessment by January 31, 2020
Participate to Continue the Waiver
Complete any one of the following by March 31, June 30 and all four by September 30.
- Get a physical
- Complete a biometric screening
- Participate in at least TWO additional Wellness event
*Physicals obtained between October thru December 2019 may qualify for the 2020 requirement. Biometric screenings can be done at one of the many onsite sessions to be held throughout the year or at your doctor’s office.
Go to mycigna.com starting January 1st.
Participation in more than the minimum required activities increases your chances for additional prizes and awards!
We encourage you to put Wellness on your calendar all year.
