Bus Substitution Between Linden and Howard Stations
How does this affect my trip?
Shuttle buses replace rail service between Linden and Howard. Trains will not operate between Linden and Howard.
Shuttle buses will make stops near Dempster, Foster, and Noyes stations and direct stops at South Blvd, Main, Davis, Central, and Linden stations.
Allow extra travel time.
Why is service being changed?
We are performing track maintenance to ensure that trains continue to operate safely along the Purple Line.

How does this affect my trip?
Several bus routes that operate on Michigan Avenue will be rerouted onto State Street. Buses will not operate on Michigan Avenue between Wacker and Monroe.

Due to the Magnificent Mile Festival of Lights, the CTA bus routes listed above that serve Michigan Avenue will either be temporarily rerouted or end their trips short of their normal route during the following times.

• Delaware closed from Dearborn to Clark
• Walton closed from State to Clark
3pm to 8pm or completion - affects all routes listed above:
• Michigan closed from Oak to Wacker
• Wacker closed from Michigan to Columbus
• Columbus closed from Wacker to Roosevelt
